WILLISTON, Vt. (WCAX) – Vermont State Police say both southbound lanes of Interstate 89 are blocked by a sideways tractor-trailer at this hour.
This is just south of the Williston rest area, between Exit 12 in Williston and Exit 11 in Richmond.
Police say they don’t know how long the road will remain closed. They say motorists should expect delays or seek other routes.
