Vermont’s largest agricultural fair features exciting midway rides for all ages, live music, Saturday night fireworks, mini golf, The Silver Circus Show, Tom Joyce “The Magic Man,” demo derbies, truck & tractor pulls, livestock and horse shows, pulling contests, Pirate Man Dan, music by Buffalo Barfield, Children’s Barnyard activities, chainsaw artists, a maple sugar house, milking parlor, exhibits, 4-H workshops, demonstrations, contests and favorite fair food.
Entertainment highlights: Sanctuary band (7pm Tuesday), VT Bluegrass Pioneers (7pm Wednesday), Line Dancing Demo/Instruction (7pm Thursday), Blues and Beyond Band (7pm Friday), 40th Army Band’s Iron Sights rock band (7pm Saturday)
Fair admission: $15 Tuesday – Friday, $20 Saturday; $5 for ages 6-11; free for kids 5 & younger; free for seniors on Tuesday with a Green Mountain Passport. Parking is free.
Unlimited ride wristbands (for riders 36″ & taller) are $25 on site or online before noon July 29 for $20 each or 4/$75. Ride tickets are also available on the midway.
The fairgrounds open at 8:30am Tuesday – Wednesday, 8am Thursday, and 9am Friday – Saturday. Midway hours are noon-11pm.
