Crews fight fire at Windsor farm

WINDSOR, Vt. (WCAX) – A fire at a Windsor farm on Wednesday morning closed Route 44 from the junction to Ski Tow Road.

Fire crews rushed to the Goodland Farm at about 9 a.m.

Windsor Fire Chief Kevin McAllister said the blaze started in the garage and spread to the main structure. Despite a downed power line that slowed the response, the chief said firefighters were able to save the main living space.

No injuries were reported.

Our Adam Sullivan is at the scene gathering more details. He will have an update on the Channel 3 News starting at 4 p.m.
