RUTLAND, Vt. (WCAX) – Rutland residents can share their thoughts Wednesday night on plans for a new downtown hotel.
The city’s Development Review Board is holding a public hearing over plans to build a hotel off Center Street on the site left behind by the Berwick fire decades ago.
The developer is working with Belden Construction to build a proposed 99-room hotel that includes 26 apartments, as well as a restaurant and bar.
The hearing starts at 6 p.m. at City Hall.
