PLATTSBURGH, N.Y. (WCAX) – Multiple police officers were at a Northern New York mobile home park on Monday.
New York state police are investigating a heavily damaged trailer on the corner of Abenaki Road and Birch Street in Plattsburgh.
Our Alek LaShomb saw troopers going door to door speaking with residents in the trailer park. Police dogs were also at the scene, along with a forensic team taking photos of the brown structure.
One neighbor said the trailer burned down Saturday morning and police have been there for the last three days.
State police are handling the investigation and have not yet released any more details.
