MONTPELIER, Vt. (WCAX) – The Vermont Climate Council is looking for public input on updates to the state’s Climate Action Plan.
The Global Warming Solutions Act approved four years ago says the council must update the plan by July 2025.
During a series of six virtual meetings — the first beginning Thursday — they will discuss strategies to reduce pollution from transportation, resilience to support Vermont businesses, and the role of natural lands and forestry, among other topics.
