WILLISTON, Vt. (WCAX) – The employees of a Williston-based construction company are now also the owners.
As of Nov. 4, Engineers Construction, Inc. is 100% employee-owned.
The company has been around since 1965 and now, the more than 200 employees are shared owners thanks to an employee stock ownership plan.
Engineer Ben Dow will step into the role of CEO and president of ECL. He’s been with the company since 1988.
