MONTPELIER, Vt. (WCAX) – Vermont residents who bought a generic prescription drug in the last 15 years might be eligible for compensation.
The Vermont Attorney General’s Office Friday announced two major multistate settlements with drug companies Heritage Pharmaceuticals and Apotex. It comes after allegations that both companies ran widespread conspiracies to artificially inflate drug prices.
Those who qualify will be notified or you can visit the settlement website to determine eligibility.
