COLCHESTER, Vt. (WCAX) – Vermont police found two missing children in connection with a report of custodial inference.
Colchester police say Robert and Colt Rushford, who are 12-year-old twins, were with their mother, Heather Rushford, who does not have custodial rights for the children. They were found safe, and Heather Rushford was detained on undisclosed criminal charges.
