MILTON, Vt. (WCAX) – A St. Albans man faces charges after police say he tried to break into a Milton apartment Monday afternoon.
It happened around 12:30 p.m. at 57 Cornelia Court off Route 7. Milton Police say Quentin Suggs, 37, attempted to break into the apartment with a gun but was confronted by residents and subdued until officers arrived. Suggs was taken to the UVM Medical Center with numerous injuries.
Suggs was charged with burglary, aggravated assault, and persons prohibited from possessing firearms.
He is being held without bail.
