SOMERSET, Vt. (WCAX) – Vermont State Police are looking into a strange death in Somerset.
they say just before midnight thursday– they received reports of an unresponsive woman in a car on somerset road.
when officers got to the scene — they found 41-year-old alexandria andrade of connecticut dead in the car.
vsp also says a strong chemical odor was coming from the car — which prompted a response from vermont hazmat.
they have not said what her cause of death was — but the scene was cleared by hazmat teams and police say there is no threat to the public.
the death is still under investigation.
