STRAFFORD, Vt. (WCAX) – One person is dead after a house fire in the town of Strafford Thursday morning.
The Vermont State Police say the call came in around 8:15 a.m. Firefighters arrived to find the home on Rogers Road was fully engulfed in flames and later learned that one person was still inside. The victim has not been identified.
Investigators say the cause of the fire is not considered suspicious.
