WHITE RIVER JCT., Vt. (WCAX) – The Veterans Administration says it continues to make strides to end homelessness
The White River Junction VA Thursday said they and their partner agencies permanently housed 127 homeless veterans last year. It’s part of a nationwide effort by the VA to end veteran homelessness which has led to housing for 46,000, surpassing their goal by over 22%.
Locally, the VA says it exceeded its goal by 140%.
