WATERBURY, Vt. (WCAX) – More mixed-income housing is coming to Waterbury.
Developers broke ground Tuesday on the Marsh House apartments in the downtown.
The $15.3 million project is expected to create 26 low to moderate-income households. Three units will be reserved for people with intellectual or developmental disabilities and five others are for people who are homeless or at risk of homelessness.
Evernorth and Downstreet Housing and Community Development partnered on the project which is expected to be completed next year.
