ALBANY, N.Y. (WCAX) – More than $25 million is en route to Northern New York from the Environmental Protection Fund for water improvement projects.
North Country Assemblyman Billy Jones says the state funding will help more than a dozen communities improve their water quality systems.
The awards include more than $9 million for Saranac Lake’s pollution control plant, $5 million for Champlain sewers and $3 million for North Elba.
