BURLINGTON, Vt. (WCAX) – So much goes on behind the scenes in the Vermont Legislature, and now a new website aims to offer an inside look at some of those committee meetings that determine the future of laws in our state.
Tom Evslin, a retired high-tech entrepreneur has developed GoldenDomeVt.com. He says with fewer reporters covering the Statehouse these days, the site will offer free, searchable SmartTranscripts of legislative committee meetings immediately after videos are posted.
Darren Perron spoke with Evslin about why he thinks the new service is needed.
