ELIZABETHTOWN, N.Y. (WCAX) – The Essex County Health Department in New York is asking residents to weigh in on health and well-being in their community.
The anonymous survey will help county health agencies prioritize work over the next few years.
The questionnaire is available through May of next year and will be used to help develop health improvement plans in Essex County.
