PLATTSBURGH, Vt. (WCAX) – A remembrance for those that have died in the Lake City this evening at Champlain Valley Physicians Hospital.
Community members gathered at the hospital’s Angel of Hope to remember loved ones, as well as hospital staff and volunteers that have died.
There was a reading of names, songs performed and a prayer for those in attendance.
The candle lighting vigil is hosted at every Angel of Hope statue across the world on December sixth to give people a chance to remember family and friends, according to the hospital.
The vigil concluded with the placing of white roses on the statue.
