PLATTSBURGH, N.Y. (WCAX) – More housing could be on the way to Plattsburgh.
The city’s Common Council approved a grant application for the property at 5500 Peru Street at their meeting Thursday night.
Wayward Enterprises, LLC has owned the building since 2019. It was once a recording studio for local musicians.
The owner says he wants to create two three-bedroom units and commercial space on the building’s first floor.
