BURLINGTON, Vt. (WCAX) – A serial bank bandit accused of four robberies in the past week is now in custody.
Burlington Police Friday afternoon said they finally arrested James Plunkett, 39, on Riverside Avenue in Burlington.
.Police say he robbed three Burlington banks and one in Winooski.
They say he also tried to break into someone’s home in Burlington last week.
