Mass. motorcyclist flees from NH police on I-93

CAMPTON, N.H (WCAX) – A Massachusetts woman faces multiple charges after trying to elude police on a motorcycle on I-93 Wednesday.

It happened around 8:30 a.m. When troopers tried to stop Juliana Gobbi, 18, of Brockton, near the Meredith exit, they say she accelerated, reaching speeds over 120 mph as she headed north.

Troopers picked up the pursuit again near Ashland and watched as Gobbi took the Campton exit in Waterville Valley. After trying to again flee from troopers at a gas station, authorities say she crashed into one of the cruisers at a low speed.

Gobbi was arrested and charged with reckless driving, disobeying police, and criminal mischief.
