Stuck in Vt: Rail City Tattoo Festival draws ink lovers to St. Albans

ST. ALBANS, Vt. (WCAX) – At the Second Annual Rail City Tattoo Festival last weekend, 48 tattoo artists from across the state and country gathered to meet more than 1,000 attendees at St. Albans City Hall.

The convention was organized by Jhon and Jodi Rodriguez of 100 Candles Tattoo, a studio just down the street. A well-known tattoo artist originally from Colombia, Jhon brought some friends from his home country who currently live in New York to the event.

Seven Days’ Eva Sollberger visited the fest and met some artists and visitors.
