WINOOSKI, Vt. (WCAX) – Winooski Police are asking for the public’s help identifying a suspect in an armed mugging last month.
It happened Friday, September 27 on East Allen Ave. Police say a man came up behind the victim around 9:15 p.m. and grabbed their purse. After a brief struggle, they say he threatened the victim with a gun and then took off with the purse.
The suspect is described as a white male, 5′6′’ to 5′9,′’ and wearing glasses.
