BURLINGTON, Vt. (WCAX) – Bus commuters along the Route 116 corridor between Burlington and Middlebury will have to contend with a new timetable.
Green Mountain Transit says Tri-Valley Transit out of Middlebury will become the sole bus route for that stretch and GMT will stop running their shared portion of the schedule between Hinesburg and Burlington.
All of TVT’s 116 Commuter schedules originate in Middlebury, which means that every 116 Commuter run will serve Middlebury, Bristol, Starksboro, Hinesburgh, So. Burlington, and Burlington.
The schedule change begins Monday, Oct. 7
