Police identify suspect in Troy Country Store theft

TROY, Vt. (WCAX) – Police have identified the person who they say stole more than $100 in CBD oil from the Troy Country Store.

It happened on Sept. 9.

Last week, Vermont state police released surveillance photos and asked the public for help identifying the suspect.

Thursday, they said they had identified the suspect as Maria Chagnon, 35, of Troy.
