BELLMONT, Vt. (WCAX) – New York State Police are investigating a fatal ATV crash last week in the Adirondack Park town of Bellmont.
Authorities say Lyman Miller, 93, of Ellenburg Depot, was going downhill on a dirt trail when his brakes malfunctioned causing him to lose control and crash. He died at the scene.
Troopers were assisted by forest rangers and local EMS.
