RUTLAND, Vt. (WCAX) – Police say a man was found with an apparent gunshot wound to the chest in Rutland on Friday.
City police say just before noon, they were called to a report of a shooting in the area of Library Avenue and Pine Street. That’s where officers found the injured man.
He was rushed to the hospital.
Police have not yet released any other details about the shooting.
