ADDISON, Vt. (WCAX) – A trip to Vermont’s past with a side of spear throwing.
That’s on the calendar at Chimney Point starting on Friday.
The state historic site in Addison will be the sight of the 29th annual Northeastern Open Atlatl Championship on Saturday.
The weekend of events starts at noon on Friday, all to celebrate the atlatl – an ancient spear-throwing tool used to hunt before the bow and arrow.
