WESTMINSTER, Vt. (WCAX) – A Bellows Falls man is dead after a crash in Westminster.
Vermont State Police say 87-year-old Hugh Haggerty crashed into a building located on US Route 5 at around 9:00 a.m. Saturday.
Police say the investigation into the incident is still ongoing.
