Massachusetts murder suspect ordered held without bail in Vermont

GUILDHALL, Vt. (WCAX) – A man wanted for murder in Massachusetts who was captured in Vermont is being held without bail.

Kevin Digregorio, 33, of Randolph, Massachusetts, was arrested in Lunenburg.

Digregorio is wanted in Massachusetts for murder, assault to kill, and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon. Police there say Digregorio stabbed two people in Brockton on Monday and one of them died.

Digregorio was in court in Vermont on Thursday, where the judge ordered him held without bail.

Court documents show Digregorio was tracked electronically to Vermont by Massachusetts police.

He will be held in Vermont until his extradition is approved.
