MILTON, Vt. (WCAX) – A Black Lives Matter art installation at Milton High School has been vandalized.
Police say it happened between Saturday, June 8, and Sunday, June 9th. The piece displayed black lives matter and the MHS hive symbol, and was meant to represent the unity and spirit of the Milton High School community.
The Milton Town School District superintendent says it’s “…disheartening to see the voice and creativity of our students disrespected in this manner…”
Milton Police are actively investigating this incident.
