Green Mountain Transit is resuming bus fares on Monday, and paying for a ride will look different than it used to.
The new system, Ride Ready by GMT, will increase non-cash payment methods and reloadable cards.
GMT paused rider fares during the pandemic and there have been multiple postponements this year in resuming fares.
GMT officials say the payments will make for a better rider experience.
