HANOVER, N.H. (WCAX) – Prosecutors have decided not to press charges against two Dartmouth College student-journalists arrested while covering a protest– that’s according to the school’s student newspaper, The Dartmouth.
The students were arrested on May 1 while covering the pro-Palestinian protest on the school’s Hanover campus.
They were initially charged with criminal trespass but the state has declined to press charges.
The newspaper reports that both students were wearing press credentials when they were arrested.
