Police investigating deaths of 2 men in South Hero

SOUTH HERO, Vt. (WCAX) – The Vermont State Police are investigating the deaths of two men whose bodies were found outside a home in South Hero.

Police were called Thursday at about 11:30 a.m. to a home on Kibbe Farm Road.

The two men, ages 68 and 35, were pronounced dead at the scene by first responders.

Investigators say they believe this is an isolated incident with no threat to the public. They say it involved people who knew each other and they believe everyone involved is accounted for, and there is no one in custody.

Troopers did not say how the men died. They say the bodies were sent to the medical examiner to determine the cause and manner of death.

Police have not yet released the men’s identities.
