MONTPELIER, Vt. (WCAX) – A Vermont man was in court on Thursday charged with luring a child.
The Vermont Attorney General’s Office says Nicholas Badger, 20, of Fairfax, claimed he was 18 years old when he had sexual conversations on social media with a 14-year-old girl.
Her parents notified authorities.
Investigators say she wasn’t the only underage victim.
Badger pleaded not guilty.
