Zhukovskyy back in court to make effort for driver’s license reinstatement

CONCORD, N.H. (WCAX) – A New Hampshire man acquitted in the deaths of seven motorcyclists is back in court on Wednesday.

This time – it’s at his own request.

Volodymyr Zhukovskyy was acquitted of charges stemming from a crash that killed seven motorcyclists in Randolph, New Hampshire in 2019.

The 28-year-old was accused of being under the influence at the time of the crash, and while he was acquitted, his license was suspended after the crash.

He was also ordered to be deported back to Ukraine – a move that has been put on pause because of the ongoing war in the country.

Zhukovskyy is expected back in a Concord courtroom on Wednesday morning with legal efforts to get his driver’s license reinstated.
