KIRBY, Vt. (WCAX) – A Northeast Kingdom teen has been charged with attempted murder following an alleged assault Tuesday morning.
Vermont State Police say Charles Hunt Jr., 18, of Kirby, sexually assaulted and tried to kill someone known to him.
Hunt was taken into custody and is being held without bail. He is expected to be arraigned in St. Johnsbury on Wednesday.
