Vermont Cannabis Control Board warns of potential ‘contaminated cannabis’

BURLINGTON, Vt. (WCAX) – Vermont’s Cannabis Control Board says they are investigating a potential fungicide exposure of a specific strain produced by Holland Cannabis.

They’ve ordered the dispensary to stop selling their marijuana and pre-rolls as a precaution. The affected flower was sold at various dispensaries from Derby to Windsor.

So far there have been no reported illnesses.

A different strain from Holland Cannabis was also investigated for contamination in February 2023.
