BURLINGTON, Vt. (WCAX) – As visitors continue to flock into the region for eclipse day, there are several road closures to be aware of.
In Duxbury, Camels Hump Road is now closed to all traffic except for residents. That will last until 5 p.m. Monday evening.
State trails are also closed to foot traffic until after Memorial Day.
And in Burlington, Route 127, also known as the beltline will close starting at 10 a.m. Monday until 8pm. Parking on the beltline for eclipse viewing begins at 11 a.m.
Vermont’s Agency of Transportation says for real time traffic updates on eclipse day, use 511, VT alert, or download the Waze app to your phone.
