SOUTH BURLINGTON, Vt. (WCAX) – This week’s Pet with Potential is a seven-year-old female cat named Joanie.
She is a social girl whose favorite things include sleeping in the sun, getting treats, and snuggling. Like most cats, she has her preferences and limits but is good about communicating them. Joanie is a vocal friend who loves to chat with her people. She has some mobility issues to accommodate for in the home (think low-sided litter boxes and pet steps). Her previous owner says that she would even respond to some commands.
