BURLINGTON, Vt. (WCAX) – A Michigan man was sentenced Thursday to eight years behind bars after pleading guilty to federal drug charges in Vermont.
Authorities say Quenton Dodson was arrested in Burlington in 2022 after a Burlington Police investigation into fentanyl and meth sales. They say the 36-year-old’s apartment on Farrell Street had drugs, cash, and a loaded handgun.
According to court records, after serving almost eight years in a Michigan prison in connection with shooting three people in a dispute over drugs, Dodson came to Vermont in 2021.
