PLATTSBURGH, N.Y. (WCAX) – Repairs started Thursday to the roof of Plattsburgh’s City Hall.
The total project costs around $1.5 million, with $500,000 coming from a state grant.
The first phase will be restoring the building’s dome, which is located above the rotunda on the second floor.
Workers say it will take more than two months to install the copper center piece.
