ESSEX JUNCTION, Vt. (WCAX) – Police are investigating a bank robbery in Essex Junction.
It happened Wednesday just before 4 p.m. at the M&T Bank on Sunderland Way.
Investigators say the man handed over a note demanding cash, but did not show any weapons.
They say he got away with an undetermined amount of money.
The robber is described as a white man, about 5-foot-10 to 6-feet tall, with a slim build. He was wearing a white Nike sweatshirt, brown pants, a black North Face beanie hat, a face mask and gloves.
Police say he was last seen running away in the area of Susie Wilson Road and Fort Parkway.
