95 Triple X’s “2025 Reggae Festival” Contest
OFFICIAL RULES
A complete copy of these rules can be obtained by contacting radio station WXXX‑FM (“Station”), [Insert Station Address], during business hours Monday–Friday, on the Station website www.95triplex.com, or by sending a self‑addressed, stamped envelope to the address above.
By participating in this “2025 Reggae Festival” Contest (the “Contest”), each entrant fully agrees to these Official Rules.
1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY
Void where prohibited. The contest is open to legal U.S. residents of the Burlington–Plattsburgh, NY‑VT Nielsen Audio Market, age 18 or older. Employees of the Station, Vox AM FM Digital, promotional sponsors—including Switchback Brewing—affiliate companies, and their household members are not eligible.
The term “immediate family members” includes spouses, parents and stepparents, siblings and stepsiblings, and children and stepchildren. The term “household members” refers to people who share the same residence at least three (3) months out of the year. The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Participation constitutes the entrant’s full and unconditional agreement with these Official Rules and Station’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Contest. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

3. CONTEST PERIOD
Starts at 12:00 a.m. on June 15, 2025, and ends at 11:59 p.m. on August 15, 2025 (“Contest Period”). All entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. on August 15, 2025, to be eligible. The Station’s computer is the official timekeeper.

Limit one (1) entry per person per day, regardless of how many email addresses a person may possess and use. Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same email address. Any attempt by any entrant to submit more than one (1) entry per day by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods will void that entry and the entrant may be disqualified. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification. Station is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, inappropriate, or misdirected registrations, all of which will be disqualified. In the event of a dispute as to any registration, the authorized account holder of the email address used to register will be deemed to be the entrant. The “authorized account holder” is the natural person assigned the telephone number by the wireless carrier or an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Potential winner may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder. All entries become the sole and exclusive property of Station and will not be returned. Station reserves the right to contact entrants and all other individuals whose email address is submitted as part of this promotion. No mail-in entries will be accepted. The Station’s computer is the official timekeeper.
4. ELIGIBILITY & DRINKING POLICY
- All ages are eligible to enter.
- To claim or consume the prize, winners must be 21 or older (valid government ID required).
5. HOW TO ENTER
During the Contest Period, eligible individuals may enter using any of the following methods:
- Online/App: Visit 95triplex.com or open the 95 Triple X App. Complete the entry form. Limit one (1) entry per person per day.

- Find the “2025 Reggae Festival” post and comment with #contest.
Offensive or inappropriate entries will be disqualified.
No call-ins or other entry methods. This Contest is not affiliated with or endorsed by Facebook or Instagram.
6. DRAWING & WINNER SELECTION
On or about August 16, 2025, one (1) winner will be randomly drawn from all eligible entries received. The winner will be notified via email or phone. If not reached within three (3) days, an alternate may be selected.
The potential winner must continue to comply with all terms and conditions of these Official Rules, and winning is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements. The potential winner may be notified by email and/or telephone call after the date of random drawing and/or winner determination. The potential winner will be required to sign and return to the Station, within three (3) days of the date notice is sent, an affidavit of eligibility and a liability/publicity release (except where prohibited) to claim the prize, if applicable. A winner who returns the affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release will be deemed to have accepted the contest prize and thereafter will not be permitted to rescind their acceptance of the prize and/or return the prize. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to sign and return the affidavit of eligibility and/or the liability/publicity release within the required time period (if applicable), or if the prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, potential winner forfeits prize. In the event that the potential winner of a prize is disqualified for any reason, Station may award the applicable prize to an alternate winner by random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries. Unclaimed prizes may not be awarded.
7. PRIZE DETAILS
One (1) winner will receive:
- Two VIP tickets to the 2025 Reggae Festival, including artist meet-and-greets and exclusive access.
Prize Value: $250 (Approximate Retail Value).
Prize is non-transferable, with no substitutions or cash equivalent.
8. VERIFICATION & ID
The winner must provide a valid ID proving age 21+ to claim the prize with any alcohol privileges. The Station reserves the right to verify eligibility and require affidavit or release forms.
9. PUBLICITY RELEASE
By accepting the prize, winners consent to the use of their name, likeness, photo, and statements for publicity without additional compensation.
10. TAXES & LIABILITY
Winner is responsible for all taxes. Station and Sponsor are not liable for injuries, losses, or damages arising from contest participation or prize use.
11. DISPUTES
Disputes governed by Vermont law. As a condition of participation, entrants waive rights to class action claims and trial by jury.
12. GENERAL CONDITIONS
Station reserves the right to cancel, suspend or modify the Contest in the event of technical issues, fraud, or any factor affecting integrity. Any disqualified entries or tampering may result in disqualification. The Station’s failure to enforce any term shall not constitute a waiver.
13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Released Parties are not responsible for:
- Errors in entry or winner selection
- Technical malfunctions, lost connections
- Unauthorized access or tampering
- Injuries or damages from participation
- Awarding more prizes than listed due to errors
14. ENTRANT’S INFORMATION
All entries become Station property. Personal information is governed by Station’s Privacy Policy at www.95triplex.com. Station is not responsible for data entry errors, delays, or unauthorized access to its systems.
15. COPIES & WINNERS LIST
To obtain a copy of these rules or a winner list within 30 days after the Contest, mail a self-addressed, stamped envelope to the Station at the address above.
