GEORGIA, Vt. (WCAX) – Authorities say a Colchester man faces charges after allegedly drunk driving with an unrestrained child in the car.
The Franklin County Sheriff’s Office Bradley St. Onge, 29, was pulled over in the town of Georgia last Thursday night on Highbridge Road. They say St. Onge had an unrestrained infant in the vehicle and appeared to be under the influence of intoxicants.
Police say he blew a breath sample of .174%. In Vermont, it is illegal to drive with a BAC of 0.08%
St. Onge was cited to appear in Franklin District Court.
