MARSHFIELD, Vt. (WCAX) – One person is recovering after a being pulled from a fire in Marshfield.
Officials say Friday afternoon they responded to smoke coming from a structure on Route 2.
Fire crews rescued a person home at the time, and transferred them to the hospital for severe injuries.
The Fire and Explosion Investigation unit of the department is conducting an investigation into the cause, but officials say it is not considered suspicious at this time.
