WATERBURY, Vt. (WCAX) – Authorities say they are searching for a missing person in the Winooski River in Waterbury.
The Vermont State Police say they were contacted by the Essex Police Wednesday afternoon requesting assistance in the case after the missing man’s car was located off Route 2 in Waterbury.
State police say the underwater recovery team will be searching Thursday in the area.
