Manchester’s average home values jumped 7.3% to $415,000 this year. The city’s suburbs garnered particular attention, including their proximity to Boston.
Cities across the Northeast dominated the Zillow list for the second year in a row.
Portland, Maine, took the title of the most popular vacation town.
