BURLINGTON, Vt. (WCAX) – Real estate professionals from across Vermont will come together next week for the 10th Annual Development Conference.
Vermont’s housing crunch is seen by many as one of the primary hurdles impacting a myriad of Vermont’s demographic challenges including workforce, education, and health care.
Next Wednesday’s conference at Hotel Champlain brings together a slate of speakers intended to inspire the land use and development industries, including MIT researcher Steve Weikal, who will be speaking on the impact of artificial intelligence and other innovations in real estate.
