BURLINGTON, Vt. (WCAX) – Efforts are underway to ensure Vermonters in the Champlain Valley have a full table this Thanksgiving.
Two Champlain Valley organizations are collaborating to feed 10,000 food-insecure people through the “Holidays Without Hunger” campaign.
That community initiative is underway now and runs through the end of the year.
Feeding Champlain Valley is asking for donations at their website. This year all donations are matched up to $75,000
Feeding Champlain Valley serves Addison, Chittenden, Franklin, and Grand Isle Counties.
